Medical Laboratory Scientist I

Performs routine and complex laboratory tests to provide physicians with rapid and accurate laboratory test results. Works under the direction of specialist, lead, and/or supervisor in a biohazard laboratory environment.

Requirements

• High school degree
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology
• Certification in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in laboratory testing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
