Requirements

• Bachelor or Associate degree with 5+ year of experience in Metal working Fluids - Chemistry or Process Engineering
• Knowledge on chemistry, analytics and additive applications
• Understanding of regulatory, customer and market needs
• Ability to find pragmatic solutions and develop value propositions attractive to customers and Arxada
• Successful closing of R&D and TS&D projects within a short period in time
• Team player in an international environment with strong communication skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues, project partners, customers and authorities
