Requirements
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with corresponding HR further education
- Several years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Very good German language skills in word and writing, good English language skills
- High level of reliability and a careful, structured, and quality-conscious working method
- Well-developed discretion, integrity, and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive and confidential data
- Very good communication skills, well-developed teamwork, and high service- and solution-orientation
- Independent, structured, and proactive working method
- Well-developed social competence and joy in dealing with people
