Job Description
Crown BMW of Midlothian is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with great customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Crown Selling Process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
- Close Deals
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader)
- Prior Sales Experience Preferred
- Maintain Professional Business Attire and Appearance
- Self-Starter and Ability to be a Great Team Player
