Job Description
Asbury Methodist Village seeks a Maintenance Tech II to perform general maintenance duties, including troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment, and routine building upkeep. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of progressive experience in general maintenance and be certified in CFC and First Aid.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Valid Drivers License
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance
- CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire
- First Aid Certification
