Independent Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)- AZ- Remote (Evenings)

Ascend Healthcare is seeking a licensed therapist or counselor to provide evening hours counseling and therapy treatment to patients remotely through telemedicine. The position involves implementing evidence-based practices, conducting crisis intervention, and participating in regular case planning.

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided (Arizona)
