Job Description
Ascending.ltd is looking for an Administrative Coordinator â Laboral Area to manage labor relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a focus on Labor Law.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar positions, in the labor and administrative area of Human Resources.
- Solid knowledge of the General Labor Law of Angola and complementary labor legislation.
- Experience in managing contracts, disciplinary processes, trade union relations and expatriates.
- Excellent writing skills in Portuguese.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- High sense of ethics, confidentiality, rigor and organization.
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Proven professional experience in the oil sector is a mandatory requirement.
