Busser (Fort Worth)

Ascension Coffee is looking for a Busser to maintain the highest standards of service and cleanliness in their dining room. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team-building skills, and be able to stand for extended periods.

Requirements

• Remove all meal service items from tables, both during and after the dining experience.
• Engage with guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Sanitize the dining spaces between guests, including wiping tabletops, chairs, and sweeping floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, outdoor dining spaces, restrooms, and entry areas.
• Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins.
• Handle café wares with care.
• Wash dishes when needed, following all sanitization guidelines.
• Receive and apply feedback effectively.
• Build strong interpersonal connections with team members.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
