Cafe Assistant Manager (White Rock)

The Café Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Café General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Kitchen Manager in all aspects of operations within their café. This is a developmental role that prepares the team member to grow within the brand.

Requirements

• Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, able to travel to all locations.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Strong team building skills, clear communication.
• Great organizational skills, problem solving ability, and intuitive resourcefulness.
• High initiative and self-management skills, willing to take direction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, ~8 hours each workday.
