We're hiring a Strategic Customer Success Manager in EMEA to partner with our largest and most complex customers, driving product adoption and customer health.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience working with complex, configurable products
- Ability to drive enablement and improve product adoption
- Strong product and domain expertise
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners
