Job Description
Inizio Engage is seeking a Medical Information Specialist to provide virtual or telephonic support to clients, patients, and healthcare professionals. The specialist will report to the Call Center Supervisor and be responsible for delivering high-quality support and product information.
Requirements
- DEC or BAC in nursing
- Valid licensed Registered Nurse in their working province
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and adept at all applicable computer software
- Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective organizational skills, including working on multiple projects simultaneously
