Head, Marketing

We are seeking a Head of Marketing for a start-up Health Maintenance Organization based in Lagos. The ideal candidate will craft sales and marketing plans, adopt go-to market strategies, and manage key customer accounts. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of post-NYSC work experience in marketing and sales, and a second-class degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Admin, Economics, or a related discipline.

Requirements

• Minimum of second-class degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Admin, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum post-NYSC work experience of 7 years in the marketing and sales function
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office Suite
• Ability to analyse and understand marketing data and develop strategies from the insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasive, critical thinking, sound logic and decision making skills
