Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Operations Team in Ratingen, Germany. The role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and communicating with customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate has a commercial education, experience with MS-Office programs, and excellent German and English language skills.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
- Experience in dealing with MS-Office programs (MS Business Central/Navision desirable)
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Excellent communication ability and a secure and positive appearance
