APM CUA is seeking a dedicated and experienced CUA Case Manager Supervisor to oversee a team of Case Managers, a Case Aide, and an Outcome Specialist, and provide comprehensive case management services to children and families within the CUA framework.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work
- 2+ years of experience in human services, preferably in child welfare
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong clinical writing skills
- Sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Empathy and concern for individuals
- Culturally sensitive to diverse communities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Respectful and courteous nature
- Applied understanding of social work ethics and confidentiality
- Skills in typing, basic computer operations, Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel
