Job Description
Aspida is seeking an Associate Actuary to support the ERM function, focusing on actuarial analyses, implementation of new policies, and operationalization of key frameworks. This role involves collaboration with various business units and requires ongoing development of the risk management framework and reporting. The position is located in Durham, NC.
Requirements
- Actuarial designation with a minimum of 5 years of actuarial experience.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or similar statistical software or programming languages.
- Experience with GGY AXIS or other actuarial modeling systems.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
