Job Description
Aspire Public Schools seeks a Highschool Assistant Principal of School Culture for SY26/27 in Huntington Park, California. The ideal candidate will have experience with instructional leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to students and learning.
Requirements
- Provide Instructional Leadership for the school site, including maintaining school-wide focus on high standards of student achievement
- Maintain curriculum standards and liaise with content leads to design and implement curriculum
- Design and lead high quality professional development to increase instructional capacity of staff
- Support and coaching of new and veteran teachers toward growth
- Manage process for analyzing data to increase student achievement
- Adhere to company policy and state/federal employment laws
- Represent the school site in building an effective school community
