HR-adviseur

As an HR Adviser, you will support and advise management and employees on the implementation and further development of HR policy. You will contribute to the translation of HR strategies into practice and ensure that policy, processes, and guidelines are applied correctly and consistently within the organization.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level in the direction of HR
• Several years of relevant work experience as an HR Adviser or comparable
• Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
