Requirements
- Minimum 7 – 9 years in media agency-side roles, with at least 3 years in a people-management and managerial role
- Fluent English communication, verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of Display and Social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, YouTube, DV360, and Programmatic buying tools)
- Experienced in integrated media planning, with a strong understanding of digital channels activation.
- Strong in budget pacing models and forecasting accuracy across product segments and markets.
- Advanced Excel / Looker Studio / Tableau / Adobe Analytics reporting skills.
- Familiarity with incrementality tests and other advanced measurements.
- Significant experience managing global/regional accounts with multiple stakeholders (clients, media partners).
- Demonstrable track record of translating client objectives into feasible, performance-oriented digital strategies across markets.
- Strong knowledge of APAC media landscape to adapt and localise global and regional strategies
- Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders across multiple time-zones effectively while developing strong client relationships
- Experience leading large scale account teams across different offices and time zones
