Requirements
- Oversee the execution of performance marketing, programmatic, and display campaigns
- Demonstrate in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Media best practice
- Build campaigns & strategies that are structured into clear frameworks
- Manage a range of resource to deliver effective marketing campaigns
- Own strategic client relationships
- Help drive our vision of paid media to the next level
- Build strategic optimisation and testing frameworks
- Test new technologies, data and betas to deliver innovation
- Support internal product development and implementation across paid media, display and programmatic campaign management
- Relationship building with publishers and ad technology providers
- Support and mentor junior team members with their training and development
