Join the Associated Materials Innovations team as a Commodity Buyer, responsible for implementing broad organizational goals within the concept of Total Cost of Ownership. This role involves managing key suppliers, developing commodity strategies, and analyzing vendor quality performance.
Effectively manage key suppliers, work with cross-functional teams on new product development and cost savings initiatives, and develop short and long-range operational objectives to maximize cost savings.
This role requires a strategic vision, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in procurement in a high volume, highly complex manufacturing environment.
