Counsel, Public Finance

Assured Guaranty is seeking an experienced attorney to join the Public Finance Legal team. The attorney will provide financial guaranty insurance for public finance transactions and general legal support for the company.

Requirements

• A minimum of six (6) years of relevant major law experience in public finance transactions
• J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school
• Admitted to and a member in good standing of the New York Bar or a member in good standing in a jurisdiction with reciprocity with New York and able to waive into the New York Bar
