Job Description
Assystem is seeking a Performance Analyst to analyze business performance, identify data and capability gaps, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization. The role involves working with business stakeholders, data architects, and technical delivery teams to deliver strategic value.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- Experience leading requirements definition, process mapping, and problem-framing within data-centric programmes or transformations
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and identify data gaps using structured techniques
- Strong experience performing end-to-end analytical work, including data discovery, validation, analysis, and communication
