Manager, Hardware Sourcing

Astera Labs is seeking a Hardware Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across the component, PCB, PCBA, mechanical parts, etc. This role will involve developing and executing category sourcing strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving supplier relationship management programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supplier management in PCBA area.
• 5+ years of experience in components and PCBA level sourcing.
• Proven track record of negotiating with suppliers on PCBA level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and manage supplier relationships across global teams.
