Job Description
Astranis is seeking a People Operations Associate to support the growth of the company's People Team. The ideal candidate has experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field, and is passionate about process improvement and creating an exceptional employee experience.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR, or a related administrative or operational role
- Familiarity with People systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS)
- Clear communicator with strong process-thinking skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail, action oriented, and multi-tasking skills
