
Job description
The International region is AstraZeneca’s largest, most diverse, and fastest-growing region, representing around one-third of total company revenue. The role will translate business, medical, and market access priorities into AI-powered care pathway transformation programs, delivering measurable improvements in patient identification, diagnosis, treatment selection, and continuous patient monitoring.
Translate unmet needs into actionable AI roadmaps and prioritized use cases, ensure alignment with Commercial, Medical, R&D and Market Access priorities, and coordinate cross-functional alignment to select priority pathways where digital and AI can improve patient identification, guideline-adherent care, and outcomes at scale.
The role requires a senior leader with subject-matter expertise in Sales and Marketing, AI, Digital, and Innovation, experience in ecosystem building, digital health, and healthcare system partnerships, and highly developed communication and influencing abilities across organizational teams and levels in a large and matrixed operating environment.
