
Job description
Be a senior member of the team responsible for the supervision of ASX's listed market. Engage with listed entities and their advisers on legal and regulatory issues. Bring experience and judgement to decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate with listed entities, apply analytical skills to advise and supervise listed entities, lead monitoring and enforcement actions, and assess applications for admission to the listed market.
Must have at least 5 years of relevant industry experience, good problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills. Nice to have a tertiary degree in law or finance/accounting, experience in capital markets and corporate governance, and knowledge of the Listing Rules and Corporations Act.
