As Director of Product Management, you will define product strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes for the core services, platforms, and engineering environments that power athenaOne.
Requirements
- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for athenaOne Foundations.
- Translate modernization, resiliency, scalability, security, and platform investment needs into clear priorities, sequencing, and measurable outcomes.
- Own success metrics for Foundations products and services, including reliability, adoption, satisfaction, productivity, scalability, and value realization.
- Represent internal users, including engineers, product teams, platform consumers, and operational stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear product narratives, priorities, decision frameworks, and change management plans.
- Partner with R&D, Internal Developer Platform, Security, Infrastructure, Finance, and other leaders to align roadmaps, dependencies, funding priorities, and delivery plans.
- Support build-versus-buy decisions, service boundary decisions, lifecycle management, and platform investment planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop product managers and/or product owners supporting Foundations capabilities and internal platform experiences.
- Build team operating mechanisms that reinforce accountability, fast learning, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Use AI and automation intentionally to improve product outcomes, reduce friction, simplify workflows, and increase productivity
