The Quality Assurance & Training Lead position is responsible for maintaining strategic partnerships with our agency family/professional van operators and overseeing service issues/complaints related to our household goods moving and storage services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues and penalties related to the Government of Canada account, as well as private client and corporate accounts. Address service issues and manage client relations to ensure satisfaction.
Post secondary education in Logistics, Business or related field with 3 years minimum job-related experience. Experience in client relationship management and service quality assurance.
