Dredge Mechanic

The Dredge Mechanic provides technical support for the safe and efficient operation of dredging assets and maintenance of equipment. The role involves maintenance and repair of equipment, transfers of knowledge to junior personnel, and responsibility for all tasks related to predictive and preventative maintenance programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one (1) year' experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and basic electrical repair
• Experience in maintaining and repairing processing equipment and heavy equipment
• Strong electronics experience with controls and drives
• Knowledge in equipment reliability and preventative maintenance
