Job Description
ATLAS SP Partners is a global investment firm seeking a VP of Training and Development to design and lead a comprehensive training strategy across financial services operations. The role will assess organizational capability gaps and build a scalable training curriculum to support team development, new hire onboarding, and continuous performance improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services operations, structured credit, asset-backed finance, or commercial lending
- Proven experience building and leading enterprise-wide training or capability development programs
- Strong knowledge of loan lifecycle processes, loan management systems, and operational risk frameworks
