Non-profit organization that supports companies in achieving climate protection goals, with a focus on renewable energy projects and climate protection software.
Our efficient stoves for families in rural areas in developing countries not only save firewood and health-damaging emissions, but also contribute to development and poverty reduction. Our international project team develops and operates its own projects and tailored concepts for large corporate customers worldwide.
We are a non-profit organization and use the funds from our customers effectively for climate protection. We are looking for a project manager in Berlin, as soon as possible, for our project "Efficient Stoves" Africa and Asia (m/w/d).
Our goal is ambitious: to increase the production of our energy-efficient stoves to 10 million units per year. With our own production facilities, sales partners, and a network at the highest government level in many countries, we are well-equipped to achieve our vision: to equip all of Sub-Saharan Africa with factories for stoves that stop deforestation and build the "Great Green Wall" against desertification.
Our three existing stove factories in Rwanda, Nigeria, and India produce the best stoves in Africa and Asia - a high-quality product made of stainless steel with a 10-year warranty and an impressive 90% savings in firewood. Our partnerships with microcredit banks, farmers' associations, etc. help with sales.
Project management: Steering and controlling stove projects, driving force in implementing and steering expansion activities, and leading service providers throughout the project period.
Market expansion: Support in opening new countries and locations for our stove production, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.
Process optimization and plant expansion: In existing projects, you will optimize production processes, increase productivity, and lead the expansion.
On-site assignments and team leadership: Regular visits with a stay of one to two weeks in the project countries to monitor progress, expand contacts and networks.
Negotiations, relationship and contract management, as well as team leadership: As the central interface to governments and partners, you will negotiate, maintain relationships, and design contracts independently.

About us Mission of atmosfair
To achieve the climate protection goals of Paris, companies around the world must transform. We support them with tailored concepts, calculations, and tools. As a non-profit climate protection company, our main business is CO2 compensation with the establishment of our own renewable energy projects in countries of the global South. We also advise companies and create specialized software.
Our office in Berlin-Neukölln with 40 employees, as well as country managers and partner companies, etc. in Europe, Asia, and Africa, form the basis for successful climate protection and multiple awards as a quality market leader.
Behind atmosfair stands a board of directors with representatives from environmental NGOs and the BMUV, high-ranking patrons from politics and science, as well as prominent supporters.
As a non-profit GmbH in one of the richest countries in the world with a diversity of technical solutions and knowledge, with access to largely free higher education, we are privileged. This comes with the obligation to our donors and other funders, but above all to the people in the global South, for whom this does not apply, who have caused the climate change much less than we have and who are already experiencing it existentially today.
Working at atmosfair means being aware of this privilege and mandate and orienting your work goals and focus accordingly.
