Job Description
We are looking for a 3D printer technician to provide technical support and maintenance of equipment to our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Education in electronics, mechanics, computer science, or equivalent.
- Experience in maintenance or technical support, ideally in 3D printing or a related field.
- Good knowledge of slicing software (Cura, PrusaSlicer, etc.) and operating systems.
- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, and analytical spirit.
