Service Desk Representative

The Service Desk Representative will answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance from end users experiencing problems with computer-related technologies. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate in both verbal and written mediums.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience with applicable hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Prior experience in a healthcare related field
• Expertise with Windows and PC Software programs
• Strong analytical skills to think critically, assess input, and develop possible solutions
