Technical Project Manager (Denmark)

We are seeking a capable and reliable in-country Technical Project Manager with experience delivering complex technical projects in the defence sector. You will be based primarily in Copenhagen, with travel across Europe as required. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in technical project and/or program management, demonstrate sound judgement, and be comfortable navigating both technical and operational contexts in a multinational environment.

Requirements

• At least three years' experience managing technical programmes, ideally in defence, aerospace, or government contracting sectors.
• Prior military service or experience delivering projects for military or government customers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, multinational teams across time zones.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Danish.
• Eligibility for Danish SECRET clearance (Atreides will sponsor the vetting process for the right candidate).
• Right to work in Denmark (EU/EEA nationals or existing Danish work permit required due to Defence sector restrictions).
