Job Description
The Clinical Infectious Diseases Leader will be responsible for creating standardization, efficiency, and safety improvements within the infectious diseases practice, optimizing patient outcomes, and advancing antimicrobial stewardship. The role involves leading regional healthcare teams, managing interdisciplinary relationships, and driving the organization's strategic goals. The position requires collaboration with external stakeholders and direct leadership of regional pharmacy leaders.
Requirements
- Must have a doctorate degree or a bachelor’s degree Pharmacy.
- Must have advanced residency training and board certification in pharmacotherapy and/or a subspecialty of acute care.
- Must have a Pharmacist license
- 10 years of experience in health system leadership
- Experience with projects, HR, clinical, and operational infectious disease and antimicrobial stewardship services.
