Attain Partners is seeking a strategic thinker and consultant with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation to guide clients through complex decisions, align technology with mission, and drive meaningful change.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in management or technology consulting
- Material client project experience in HCM business process analysis and ERP transformation
- Strong foundational knowledge of HCM business processes, common challenges, and best practices
- Strong analytical and communication skills
