Atticus is a startup that connects people with disabilities to government benefits and helps victims of accidents, misconduct, and violence get compensation from insurance. The Business Operations Lead will join a fast-growing team to drive key projects and oversee the core of the business. The role is designed to be a path to growth as an executive, heading to grad school, or starting your own company.

Requirements

• Top consulting firm experience and at least one promotion
• Leadership of projects that mapped complex systems, gathered and analyzed data, made recommendations, and designed and implemented solutions
• Ability to shape a great team culture, persuasively advocate for ideas, and get buy-in from others
• Demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people
