Job Description
The Plant Manager is responsible for the general and specific job duties of Auria Solutions, including managing production and distribution operations, developing plans for efficient use of materials and employees, and reviewing production costs and product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 5-7 year experience or 7-9 experience in a related field
- 7-9 years Supervisor Experience
- Excellent computer including typing and the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proven leadership abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write and perform non-complex mathematical calculations
- Ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task and follow direction
- Experience with QAD, OEM systems and AS400
