Job Description
Austin Commercial is seeking a VDC Engineer II to join their team. The VDC Engineer will work in the Construction Technology Department, assisting office and field staff with BIM/VDC processes and services. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing BIM/VDC services and processes on construction projects, and be proficient in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or related AEC fields
- 3+ years’ experience implementing BIM/VDC services & processes on construction projects
- Intermediate-Advanced understanding of Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks Manage
- Exposure to the following BIM software considered a bonus; Assemble, Synchro 4D
- Exposure to the following scheduling software considered a bonus; Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
