Flight Test Operator

As a Flight Test Operator at Auterion, you will work closely with developers and product teams to identify hardware and software issues, and test new features across the Auterion technology stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Proven experience operating within highly structured, repetitive processes
• Demonstrated piloting experience on multicopter UAVs and fixed-wing aircraft
• Hands-on experience with commercial or military drone platforms
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Practical experience building drones and/or RC aircraft
• Swiss or EU citizenship
