Sr Manager, Store Design

Authentic Brands Group is seeking an experienced Sr Manager, Store Design to join our dynamic team at our Shanghai office. As a Sr Manager, Store Design, you will play a vital role in designing and executing exceptional retail spaces that align with the unique brand experiences of our various properties, including Ted Baker stores and other brands within the Authentic portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in store design, retail space planning, and brand experience.
• Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated portfolio of successful retail store design projects with an emphasis on creating immersive and compelling customer experiences.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction processes and industry standards for retail store builds.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
• A passion for consumer brands, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment is highly desirable.
