Job Description
We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant to play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our medical practice by performing a range of administrative, operational, and clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in the healthcare industry or medical private practice
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Significant experience with current technologies, like Google drive, zoom, Canva and cloud services
- Good practical experience with word-processing software and scribe tools
Benefits
- Full Time: 40 Hours a week/ 8 Hours a day
