Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical degree preferred
- Solid modeling experience a plus
- Strong understanding of good documentation and manufacturing processes and procedures
- Willingness to learn programming, software systems, and inspection techniques
- Experience with continuous process improvements through LEAN concepts, Visual Management Systems, Kanban, and cross-training
- Organized, quality-minded attitude and determination to be 'Best in Class'
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with a willingness to gain depth of knowledge in manufacturing processes
- Reliable individual with a strong work ethic
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to plan and execute plans across teams
