Social Services Director

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Services Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating social services programs to meet the emotional, social, and psychosocial needs of our residents. You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure individualized care plans and support a high quality of life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience working with electronic medical records and computer documentation systems
• 2-5 years of experience in social services in a skilled nursing facility or other similar health care setting
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or other related medical or healthcare environment
