Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in recruiting for professional roles
- Degree in psychology, career counseling, HR, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, with a genuine interest in people
- Strong interest in consultative sales
- Excellent judgment, autonomy, perseverance, and a high standard of excellence
- Experience in construction, engineering, or design: a strong asset
