Job Description
The CNC Lathe Operator will perform various machine operations using CNC machines to cut, shape, and from metal parts to specifications. Strong reading and understanding of blueprints, proficiency in measurement devices, and the ability to lift 35-40 lbs are key requirements. The position offers overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience operating more than 2 machines, CNC lathes and/or CNC Swiss style machines
- Able to read and understand blueprints
- Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices
- Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs
- Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines
- Able to make adjustments on the machine
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Good technical and mathematical skills
