Oracle ERP Manager

This is a remote Oracle ERP Manager position at Aventiv Technologies, where you will work with business users to improve and streamline organizational and system processes, and oversee the entire Oracle ERP functional and development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the ERP team
• Oversee the entire Oracle ERP functional and development lifecycle
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard talented Oracle fusion senior business analysts
• Manage and mentor developers
• Define performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews for the team
• Create and maintain a clear roadmap, prioritize projects and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Oversee the administration, configuration and optimization of Oracle Fusions ERP Systems
• Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution support to the ERP business analysts
• Collaborate with business partners to understand business processes and uncover opportunities to automate and optimize processes
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users
• Document all aspects of system architecture, configurations, customizations, process flows, and procedural guidelines
• Keep up to date with Oracle’s quarterly releases and new features
• Partner with internal and external BI reporting teams
• Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve issues with other teams
