This is a Senior Project Manager (IT) position with a fast-moving and rapidly growing organization. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, partners, and customers to fulfill project deliverables. Key responsibilities include developing and managing project schedules, scopes, resources, and monitoring project health.
Requirements
- Valid PMP certification or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification with active serial number
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Project Management, General Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or relevant fields
- Minimally 8 years of project management experience to qualify for the Senior Project Manager role
- Practical knowledge and experience on software development lifecycle, and waterfall and agile approach and methodologies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fast learner with a passion for technology
- General knowledge and understanding with Microsoft technologies, application programming, database and system design
- Experience in common project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Self-starter and proven ability to provide leadership and manage the execution of enterprise IT software implementations
- Having an eye for details and having potential to see roadblocks or risks down the line
- Comfortable in working collaboratively
- Demonstrated success managing priorities and personalities in cross-functional teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner with a passion for technology
- Ability to read and speak Mandarin Chinese or Vietnamese (added advantage)
- Software vendor / system integration service provider-based background (added advantage)
