Job description
Lead and mentor a team of C++ & C# developers and QA, ensuring effective task allocation and delivery. Own the end-to-end maintenance lifecycle: bug fixing, enhancements, and performance improvements.
Analyse and troubleshoot complex issues across software and hardware integration layers. Review and improve existing codebases in C++ and C# for maintainability and performance. Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control practices, and release processes.
Strong hands-on experience in C++ and C# development. Proven experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams. Strong code review and mentoring skills.
