Payroll Accounting Coordinator (m/w/d)

Payroll Accounting Coordinator role at a network organisation and service provider, supporting German and Dutch companies. Manage client portfolio, take care of payroll administration, and liaise with competent authorities.

Requirements

• Completed PDL diploma (Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration)
• Experience in salary administration for clients
• Knowledge of various collective labour agreements, the WKR, salary split, and the 30% rule
• Dutch at mother tongue level and German language skills (or motivated to improve)
• Good communication skills, helpful, and initiative-taking
